I am pleased to introduce Sakhiba Khairullah, DNSI's legal intern. Ms. Khairullah is currently a law student at The George Washington University. She received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University summa cum laude in 2002. She was selected as a Presidential Scholar, a member of the Honors Program, a member of the Roots of Western Civilization Living and Learning Program as well as a Student Association peer advisor. She spent a summer abroad studying British and Irish history at Oxford University. Ms. Khairullah also interned at C-SPAN where she was fortunate to meet several prominent scholars and political figures.
Following graduation, Ms. Khairullah worked for the The George Washington University Honors Program as a teaching assistant and for Legal Services. Throughout her academic career, Ms. Khairullah has actively participated in community service. She has volunteered for Americorps Neighbor’s Project, the Indian Embassy, and Street Law.
She is a valuable addition to our team.
